AOL (Pvt) Ltd committed to comply with ISO 9001:2015 Standard & its effective implementation at all production stages. We have develop quality policy, quality objectives for continual improvement .Ensure In-line inspection at every production phase till product packing in cartons. Ensure quality inspection to all incoming raw-material, accessories in store or fabric in-house. Lab testing perform including (Color fastness, GSM, Color Shade variation, Yarn & fabric content, fabric twisting & yarn conversation. As per sampling size plan we are performing quality inspection at all quality check points & maintain quality records for future traceability. All quality records are retain till retention time. We are performing calibration to all measurement devices & tools. Maintenance staff monitor machine performances & do maintenance as per requirement with maintaining maintenance records.
